I was told when i had my 20wk scan that baby was sitting low but boy does she have to sit so low that at times i can not even bend my knees and crouch down to the floor, infact at times i cant bend over at all.

any suggestions on how i can get more comfortable especially since my job involves me having to bend down or crouch down to emtpy catheter bags etc.

The only suggestion I have is that you 'squat' or crouch, and then stretch out to whatever it is you have to pick up with your arms - IF you can reach it, and don't fall over in the process !

Otherwise, maybe ask someone to help you ?

yep it's hard, have you tried kneeling on one knee with the other up - kinda like a lunge? i dunno what else to say to help - Ayja sat really low all the time too.. hence why i ended up having a growth scan at 33 wks cos i was measuring 27wks.. she sat really low all the time. I agree with Jax though - i know that it's not always possible to delegate and get others to help but maybe you can offer to do something for them if they do the things for you that require you to crouch down... good luck

I hope everything goes alright with your specialist, i know what you mean about going to the loo every 5 mins, still as long as baby is healthy and the pregnancy is going well i am happy.
