Uh oh, achooo !!

I'll try and make this as short and sweet as possible - I think I'm getting a cold ! It makes sense with the change in climate (being in Canada for the holidays, with rain and snow). I woke up with a horribly snotty nose this morning and sinuses completely blocked. I used to get this anyway with being pg, but it would have gone away by now. My ears are also aching a bit, and I feel even more lethargic than normal. I used a saline type solution to squirt up my nose so I could at least breathe, but I can feel all the crap at the back of my throat. It's not really bad yet, I haven't started coughing or anything. I'm just worried about how it will affect baby, and what sorts of things are safe for me to take. Any suggestions ???
