Hey Ladies
Well to kick start my weight loss for summer I have decided to do OptiSlim - I joined yesterday!!
I plan on doing this for a month to give myself a kick start and then go back to Weight Watchers because for me I wanted to lose about 5-10 kgs before christmas and am not sure WW would help me lose it fast enough.
Anyway that is my ramble just wondered if anyone else has tried this or perhaps Tony Ferguson (very similar), if so could you give me your thoughts?

You replace two meals a day with shakes and then control your calories with the third meal and snacks.
You can join at Unichem pharmacies or you can join the Tony ferguson one at Life Pharmacies.

Yeh, how much? I know it's not best for long term weight loss, but I figure I've lost 7kg doing WW and exercising but it would be nice to get through this platau (sp?). I've been stuck on 75kg for over a month
I need to loose 5kg to get to my goal weight by Xmas (then another 5kg after that to reach my ideal weight)

It cost me $260 for 2 weeks and that is everything I will need. Shakes for 2 meals a day, some vitamin supplements, a fibre drink (in a big container) and 14 detox patches (a reflexology (sp) technique)
The shakes are $4.50 each if you just wanted to do it with them.
It is an expense thing to do but for me it is just to kick start me into going back to weightwatchers.

Ouch that IS expensive!
Might have a look at the slimming shakes at the supermarket and do that for a week or so and see what happens.
All the best with your weight loss

Hey girls,
Well I had my weigh in on Friday and I have lost 3.2kgs in 6 days.
I do agree that it is expensive but it is something that I need to do.
