Ok having trouble with our accountant and was whingeing to DH about it again yesterday so he said why don't you e-mail again, so I said "i'll email them alright" Email read "Are you actually going to do our return? if not please send my paper work back until you are ready"
Hehe It is done and will be in the post tonight About bloody time as well.

hehe I'm glad its worked for you, wish it would for me, I've been sending nasty emails to one of my providers and its got me nowhere other than making the provider feel like a dick lol

Hehe They have phoned me twice and emailed me to let me know it is all done and in the post. Still gonna change accountants though, this is two years that they have dicked us around. I think they concentrate on their big customers and don't bother making a proper effort with the small fry.
I wonder if I can spend 6 months paying my bill
