It would probably be horrible for her. You will find as she gets older that thrush will move south when she has those sort of AB's. I can't have augmentin because of thrush.

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

My midwife told me that it feels very much the same orally as it does in the fufu. Itchy, stingy and very, very sensitive. It can also make your tastebuds go funny, so that might be contributing to her eating woes.

Hope she's better really quick Fiona!

Awwww, poor Gabrielle! It must feel awful for her! Sienna has it on her fufu atm, I swear that kid has permanent nappy rash! Willie reckons she's allergic to sposies.

The Daktarin oral gel will work fine.

Yep I know what it feels like and it is def not nice, can also cause upset tummy & yes the daktarin will work a treat & at lease it doesnt taste as bad as the mycostatin that I had to give to my eldist when she was tiny.  Hope it clears up soon, but you need to still use treatment for a few days after clearing to get rid of it completly
