went to get some inhalers today and mentioned a weird mole I have. My doctor has decided it needs the chop and told me to book in for the new year. it will cost $170 but i can pay that off (who knew you could HP a mole?). anyway, anyone else had this done? what does it involve? and tell me it doesn't hurt!

ive had a couple taken out. They give you an LA so you feel the injection and the pulling sensation at they take it out. Then a few stitches. Then they need to be removed about 7 days later. They get a bit itchy

Youll be right... I mean if youve given birth........

No not had it done but I had a teacher that use to get them done alot she said they are not too bad and it is more the thought of it. In saying that I have had mine checked and was told would prob need to get some removed ant some point and I am sh*t scared.

I have, I was 9 when I had it done and packed a huge performance . I need to have a few removed. Where are you getting it taken out??

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

Would be much worse if it stayed there... that's all I have to say.

My Granny has just had heaps cut out as some were malignant. I would be so sad if the cells have spread All for a tan

mine wasn't for a tan - it was cause I forget to reapply sunscreen - all for laziness really.

My health insurance will cover mine being removed so i'll add that to the list of things for my dr tomorrow.

i got one taken out under my arm..a pain as i couldnt wash it for 7 days :( ick but yeah much better out than in .. i get them checked when at docs if I'm worried but as I'm fair even though i dont go out in sun i might get him to o a proper check after i have bubs..
