James has 6 teeth now 2 on bottom and 4 on top but now he has 2 eye teeth on top popping through, is this normal??
Haleigh was always strictly by the book when it came to order of teeth.

woops hit post before i'd finished.
also Haleighs started teething again BUT she had all 20 at last count at her 2y old check up.
Have I jsut got very odd mini's or is this normal LOL

Completely normal and nothing to worry about luv. Mercedes cut her eye teeth before getting her 2 top teeth, it looked really funny and cute!

yep cross cutting is normal. you might find the eye teeth come up and down for a while before they pop through anyway and he may get the lateral incisors first anyway.

hmm if Haleigh has all her 20 teeth, she isnt really "due" to get anymore until she is 5-7 (six year old molars)so if your sure its another tooth coming through i would probably get her checked. There are things called supernumery teeth and it may be one of those.

I'm due for dentist check up so might take her with me, there is definate teething signs the gums are swollen at the back and shes chewing on them same as when all her other teeth came through

When did you all start brushing your babies teeth? My boy clamps his mouth shut when I try to get the toothbrush anywhere near him :(

Mum2Lucus its best to start cleaning their teeth with a damp cloth as soon as they cut thru then its really up to you when you start using a tooth bush. I still wipe Alize's with a cloth as he tends to fuss and squirm when I come near him with a baby brush. He also enjoys having a spare tooth brush to chew on while in the bath.

i started using a brush with boo as soon as she got teeth james prefers a cloth
