Will be fine for a 6mo if they don't mind the cold

As for the chart, I think I'll leave that to someone who has one readily at their fingertips

It is a big list Monique, but these are the stage 2 (6-7 month) foods (I just happen to have the big carrot sheet in front of me!):

add to first foods:
melon, plum, nectarines (no skins, pips)
Cooked: broccoli, puha, taro, parsnips, yams, courgettes, cauli
Baby ground cereals, crackers, white bread
cooked meat - lamb, chicken, beef
watties red jars, cans, cereal

Then on the carrot on the side it also says these foods at 6-7 months:
beans (green)
egg yolk (unless there is family history of allergies)
nashi
rusks
toast fingers

my thriving under 5 book i got with james had nothing in it with a feeding chart, haleighs did though, its amazing how much has changed in 2yrs.
thanks, sweet he can have crackers doesnt make me feel so bad when haleigh tries to feed hers to him.

i didnt think i was going crazy when i looked at the heinz baby food thinking nz had 6-7months on red jars here its 8 months on the red jars and all the meats on the blue jars, and their selection is no where near as good as in nz.
