not really about the interim nappies themselves but more the nappies that they were given to "TEMPORARILLY" replace!

I got an email at the end of november saying that the nappies had finally come in and they were sent out that week but i still havnt got mine back!!!! i have sent several emails with no reply!! Astin is almost too big for the medium now so it has been a huge waste for me!!!!

has anyone else recieved their nappies back yet??????

I know that they are on holiday till Monday. I'm going down to see them on Wednesday to sort out some of my Fuzzi's.

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

Hugs!!!

For the pink nappy!

Could you, when you FINALLY get ahold of someone, kick up astink about how long its taken and how he no longer fits the mediums and that they should exchange for large..

I would be getting really angry.. you have waited sooo long. I would definatly say you want large ones as its their fault its taken so long.. i mean they will know they havent been used as they have had them the whole time..

I got my naps back ages ago, manily thanks to Toni I think, she did all the chasing for me. If you bought yours through an agent maybe try and get them to follow up for you.
Also, the new nappies are smaller, very good but def smaller, so I would ask now for replacements in large.

Could you maybe ring a honeychild rep and see if they can help?

Oh, that sucks that you had so much trouble. I've only got one Honey Child nappy that I bought about 3mths ago and I haven't had any problems with it. In fact I love it and use it at nights as it seems roomier than a Fuzzi. I would DEFINITELY be ringing my local agent and getting really stroppy if I was you. And don't ask for a larger size, demand it! They are marketting themselves as a premium cloth nappy (with premium prices to match) so they need to be able to provide the customer service to back it up.

Vic xx

i dont think we have any reps in my area which is why i bought straight from the website.

I still LOVE my HCs and am going to buy Astins larger naps in HC and even though i got dud nappies first off(which kind of annoyed me!) i still love them to bits!! they just REALLY need to do something about their service speed!!

I also find my HC naps roomier than my fuzzis and the elastic in the legs and back is gentler than the fuzzis, i still love fuzzis too though
