Odd topic I know, but I recall seeing the 'New' Cabbage Patch dolls around EVERYWHERE when I was without child ...just wondering if anyone has seen them about recently?

Have tried looking on Trade Me but to no avail, mostly expensive collectors editions or girl dolls or the clothes for Cabbage Patch Kids. I'm looking for a Male cabbage patch doll!

There are heaps at the warehouse. I have brought my girls loads over the years but they never really loved them like I did when I was a child. I still have mine lol

They come out around the time of the toys sales (June/July), they do sell out very fast thou.

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

Warehouse stores out this way seem to never stock what I'm looking for! Their toy aisles are sooo messy, very frustrating. Although in saying that, have got some REALLY good bargains with FP toys.

Yeah Kels I LOVED cabbage patch kids when I was younger also, thought there would be no harm in giving Lucas a 'man doll' LOL!

No doubt friends will mock me for it, I have bought Lucas a bracelet for his 1st Bday/Christening that I'm getting engraved and so far everyone has given feedback such as 'Why would you do that? He's a boy?'. Lady at Michael Hill told me they were unisex

Alize is a metrosexual baby too! He already has his first bling with his ear pierced and a gold cross necklace. He loves playing bratz with his sisters. He has loads of baby chu chu dolls and cabbage kids to play with. He also has a pram with a dolly. He just loves his doll!!!

I will have a look for you tomorrow in our warehouse. BTW Alize's cabbage dolls are girls. ALtho the baby patch could be unisex as she has no hair lol

Aww thanks Kels! hehe Glad to hear there are other mums out there that don't get all fussy about what their Boy's play with!

I guess if I can't get my hands on a Cabbage Patch Kid ...they sell boy dolls, that could be an option!
