Topic: Blimmen Pumpkin Patch AGAIN Posted: 01 March 2008 at 9:32pm |

I whinged last season that I never got a catalogue, even though I spend mega bux in there, and I haven't got one this season either.
I went over to Nelson today, didn't get a good long look, though as my 2 year old was turning feral, but asked about where my cataloge had gotten to and apparently, in the interests of the environment. they aren't sending them to everyone anymore, you can just look at it online.
WTF??? So people likeme who spend $ mail order, and have no PP in their town can just sit and spin?? I was peeved off as I went online tonight and not everything I saw instore was online.
I emailed them and explained my plight (nicely) and got a "terse" reply, so I sent back an even terser one.
PMS.

AND the bloody battery in my car died, so we had to sit in it for almost an hour while we waited for my UIncle to come in from richmond to rescue us, then go and get a new battery for me and fit it, in the pouring bloody rain, in my singlet top and Jandels.
Met the Bombshells though. Had fun, nice people and CUTE Ella!!!

I got a Patch catalogue and I only ever buy instore, have never used their mail order. Their website sucks, it's impossible to find anything and they only have a limited range, there is waaay more stuff instore.

And I buy every season, as well, and decent size purchases as well. Where's the love???

I wasn't impressed with the quality of their summer range, I spent $40 on a dress for Maya and the strap broke the first time she wore it, and the pocket is coming off her bubble dress. Not what I expect from Patch.

Where is love. I would be pushing it with them further. You don't have a Patch in your town, you spend heaps you so deserve a catalouge. For some strange reason I got one in the post a few days ago and I haven't had one for ages.

Yeah, I have emailed them twice now, might ring, though. Its bloody annoying, when I know of people who never buy and get catalogues (maybe they don't send them to repeat customers, cos its preaching to the converted, lol)

Thats weird coz I only get one when I buy things in there and I don't do that every season.
Too bad if you do have both of those you like to get your mail.

How annoying.
I got ripped off at an outlet store out of town yesterday - was nearly home when I thought it had seemed a bit pricey and checked my receipt - dag nab it I really wish I'd done that in the shop, they'd charged me for 2 of the most expensive item (I bought one). And when I rang, they reckoned they couldn't do anything about it without my eftpos card yeah, even though I live out of town. That's a pretty stink 'sorry for our mistake'.

I'm on their database but have never got a catalogue, am actually thinking of asking them to take me off it because I'm not getting any benefit from it but they're still getting good info off my purchasing habits etc. to help them with their market research. Plus I find it such a pain when I go in to constantly have to give my phone number before they ring up a purchase - I just want to buy a darn hat! Ring it up already!

Ha, that is so true, Mazzy! Ezibuy do the same - and god help you if they can't find you on the database, you get to wait and wait until they finally do! I always regret not just saying I'm not on it and don't want to be.
Aimee there was some good stuff - I went for some winter clothes for Ella but ended up getting her a few summer items for next summer instead - no wintery stuff on sale, of course. Sad thing is I bought her 3 tops that she's already had - I just loved them and they were pretty versatile. They had lots of bright yellow and pretty oranges and that blue that's everywhere now. Some really pretty princess skirts though... I had to fight myself not to get one or three!

I got a catalogue again annie... I hardly ever buy there as I can't afford it, LOL, but I think mum must give my number when she buys stuff for the kids which is a lot!

When I went in the other day I complained that I have never receieved a catalogue - she gave me another one - not the actual one they send out though, instead. Why be on a mailing list if they don't send you anything???
Why do they need my private details?
