Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, its only taken two hours but I think, yep sounds good, that he has finally gone to sleep. Why do they have to get teeth so young, the poor little things.

I know exactly what you mean too! Sam has all four top teeth and all four bottom teeth so we've had endless teething since 3 months old! Drives you mental!

I know how you feel. Fortunately we haven't had issues getting to sleep at night. We have 3 cutting right now. 1 has just broken, 2 are semi broken through.

He's fine once he is out (touches wood) and doesn't wake at night but often get this few hours of struggling to go to sleep. He goes down and then 10-15mins later the crying starts, so give him cuddles put him down again, then up again and down again and up again. He always teeths when Richard is on 2-10 as well
We have just had the top 2 come through over the last couple of weeks but going by his cheeks today I would say there must be some more on the way or moving around.

Daniel wakes up every now and then and just needs to know someone is around and goes back to sleep. This is usually just while someone is up.
But during the day he is such a grumpy ass constantly pulling at his mouth

I hate teething too but I would rather they teethe young - then they don't really have any memory of the pain when they are older.
DD is currently cutting her two bottom eye teeth and a two year old molar - and is most definitely having issues with it poor chicken!
I love love love our amber teething necklace, and Bonjela is my friend too, as long as I can get my finger in there without losing it!

I hear ya. It's very hard to get bonjela onto the eye teeth area though (as my poor bitten finger has learned). I'm going to try using a cotton bud tomorrow. We had a day full of tears and grumps today thanks to the teeth.

For us it is the teething powder that is the biggest life saver - but then we are lucky in that LIly gives a sigh when she sees it but opens her mouth to take it.

We have teethmed and I just have to make sure i get it in at first attempt, or when he opens his mouth to cry. The worse is trying to give pamol, which I resorted to tonight cos he holds that in his mouth then spits it out, don't blame him really it tastes rank.

Touch wood none of my kids have ever had trouble teething, but I think I'm going to blame teeth for Sienna's screaming tonight She's cut all her others with no worries, but tonight she's decided to have a wee tanty and not sleep and there's nothing else wrong with her that I can see so it must be the top molars that she's cutting.

I hear ya too. Sam has been cutting the two top teeth for months! They have finally come down in the past few days. I should have shares in Bonjela by now

Cuppatea we get pamol into Daniel by shoving a finger in his mouth on the side while he is lying down and then put the pamol in and wait for him to swallow. I don't let him move his tongue much so he has trouble spitting it out. Once he swallows I take my finger out

Ella really loves the taste of pamol (strange baby)- have never had any problems with her not taking it, in fact most of the time when I have to give it to her she opens her mouth for more.
and why does it take so long for the teeth to come through?????.....the bottom teeth took forever to come through and now it looks like it is going to be the same for the top 2 as well.

We have made some progress. Daniel is a right little grump but the 3 bothering him have all cut through to some extent. 2 have only just started to show, one is further along.
But I agree, they take blimmin ages!
