Some help please ladies...

Ive got massive pressure in my pelvis (feels like my hip bones are being pushed outwards), im also getting sharp stabbing pains low down every time i walk, cant quite pin-point where its coming from, but possibly my cervix?
i also have what feels like muscle spasms or cramp in my inner thigh and groin area.
what on earth is this? it feels like the baby is stuck between both my leg joints if that makes any sense?

Could be Symhysis Pubis Dysfunction? I'll try and bump up a recent thread for you.

Maybe just the position baby is in? I used to get pressure..... sort of felt like everything was going to fall out! I would try resting as much as possible, and see if it eases

It could also be an inflamed ligament - I experienced this with my first pregnancy and it eventually got me a week off work because walking was making it worse and I just needed to rest for a while. Totally treatable though and going to a physio really helped.

those pains sound like the pains i get when bubs is dropping and putting pressure down low. has your baby engaged or engaging?
the last week i have had the shooting type pains down my inner thighs and the pain near my cervix etc... and my bubs has in that time gone from free descent to 2/5ths engaged.

Yea it sounds like end of term discomfort. Is baby head down or bottom down? How are the pains now?

Try getting on your hands and knees and see if that relieves the pain a little (not very attractive I know) :) Also, investing in a bean bag to lean on frontways = priceless :D

Sounds like engaging to me, I had it for the last 6 weeks sorry to tell you! But my bubs was posterior and slightly turned on an angle so he kept putting pressure on my right side. You'll soon forget about it in a few weeks when you're holding your wee boy though!
