Ok, not having a natural cycle for 15 years, I have no idea what my body does Pre-mens. Frustration to say the least.

I have no cramps, mood swings or any other symptoms but my nipples are in agony. I had to sleep with a bra on last night as the fabric from the sheets was too painful. I'm walking hunched over to stop any contact. It feels like they've been sanded off.

Does anyone else get this pre-mens? If it is PMS, AF is not technically due for about another 10-12 Days. I know my cycle is probably up the wazoo but my body is going nuts at the mo. The libido thing is driving me insane (24/7). I'm really tired as I usually sleep on my stomach.

Any one got any ideas? Did a preg test yesterday. Negative but would be too early to test regardless. I don't believe i'm preggers as the Ov timing would be so way out it's just not funny.

Forgot to ask, if this is not Pre-mens, when should I re-test? I have no guidelines to go off.

Although supposedly the sore boobs thing happens mostly in the days before AF (or if preg), I used to get it within a couple of days of O, and it would have worn off by about 5 days before AF. I did some research and found that it can actually be a result of the pre-O estrogen surge, rather than preg/PMT sympoms which are linked to progesterone. Not sure if that helps, but since I've been having acupncture it's not an issue.
