Topic: Would u buy these? Posted: 31 March 2006 at 9:29pm |
Okay will just quickly say this is NOT advertising!!
In Dannevirke the only place we can buy babies and kids clothing is at The Warehouse, otherwise we have to travel to Palmy or Napier. So, I have been doing some investigating of companies I can be an area distributor for (along with the Fuzzi Bunz) and have found this one called Monkey Star Kids. I quite like the look of their clothes and they arent over the top prices. So I would love it if you ladies could have a look at the website here and give me your feedback. Would you buy these clothes...?

Just want to add that it would also depend on things like the quality and fit...

Yea I would. espically if there was only a warehouse around.. not bagging on the warehouse (I LOVE THE WAREHOUSE) but a bit of choice is good. The prices are pretty reasonable.

Personally No, unless they were on special. They look lovely though. And their pricing is similar to PP but I dont buy from their either unless they are having a sale. Oh except their pants because they had adjustable waist

Do you have second hand shops? that's where I get most of Ella's clothes now
I guess I might buy some of them if there was nothing else around.. otherwise I'd just make the trip into town when I needed to get new clothes

I probably would, but then I am a sucker for kids clothes - Maya has far too many already! Especially if the only other option was The Warehouse. I like The Warehouse for daycare clothes and pyjamas, but their stuff doesn't wash so well so doesn't last as long.

I would probably buy a handful of things but I found the prices a bit high, and so it would be a special occasion type of thing. I did like the look a lot though, nothing wrong there.

Hey aimeejoy!! I loved the site. I too live in a small town with not many options. I shop on line a lot. I get a lot of things from JK kids. It is a great online shop and the customer service is amazing. The shoes that I bought were too big and they sent me the next size down and a bag WITH postage paid to send the old ones back. Really easy. I ordered of the Monkey Star site too. Great clothes, just not many of them.
