Are you definitely allowed these on the plane? I would hate to buy it and then not be allowed.
It is this one
I like this one because it reclines- Bella will be 5mnths 1 week when we fly.

Why don't you call the airline you are booking tickets with? I'm pretty sure you can have any kind of stroller on just so long as the total weight (of all your luggage) is alright. Or did you want it for carry-on?

I took one a similar size to that when I went overseas, and was allowed to carry it up to the gate. But I was traveling with just DD (DP was already overseas) so I think they let me for that reason.
Check with your airline though.

We took one similar to that when we went to Fiji. On the way there they stored it for us on the plane. When we left Fiji they took it off us and stored it below, and we were told they would bring it to us when we landed in Auckland, well they didn't and we had to lug Nyah all the way thru customs, it was a nightmare. So get confirmation, because she is younger you might be lucky, and they might let you store it on the plane.

Last I heard they weren't letting ANY strollers on planes They used to let umbrella strollers, and that one would qualify, and then take them off you at the gate, but when I flew with the gremlins early last year Air NZ said they'd changed their policies and no strollers were allowed past checkin, I pushed it with them and they let me but then I got a real dressing down from the flight crew, and coming home they said no way. Then when we flew at Xmas they said no again. They do have loan strollers to get you to the gate tho.
Oh and am assuming you mean international? Coz domestic I have no idea?

We weren't allowed to take ours when we flew to HK when Ella was tiny, it had to be stowed with baggage. We weren't allowed one last year when we flew to Sydney either.
They do let you take those ones that fold up into a backpack though!

The last time I flew I had to check it through. But they do have ones they can lend you in the airport and then you just leave it at the gate when boarding.

They don't let you but do have ones that you can borrow as CuriousG said. I found that the front pack was great at the airport. DH then had full responsibility

Thanks for that ladies. We do have a front pack but were hoping that she could possibly have a nap in a stroller. Will look into the borrow/hire ones. Thanks!
