I just got a letter in the post about changes they have made to their plans. I expected it to be worse but they have increased a lot of things AND.....add obstetric cover to my plan!!!! So I will get $1250 per year. Doesnt cover it all but is a lot better than nothng!

Oooh must check mine coz we have Ultracare and were getting $1000 per year, maybe it's gone up...

It used to be just a loyalty benefit on Ultracare too, so you had to have had x number of years continuous cover on that plan, but it looks like they've scrapped that now and made it a general benefit.

on hospital and specialist it is a loyalty one...3yrs! But I have been a member forever so all sweet! it kicks in 1 July and my first appointment with my OB is 2 July....timing!

Niice! I got $1000 per claims year with the gremlins, and coz my pregnancy crossed over my policy renewal date I was able to claim it once in each claims year for the same pregnancy so it covered the total cost of my OB.

I was stocked when I got my letter I get $1250 a year on my plan.

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

yeap have found out from July 1st that i am covered for $1250 per year...figures our first appointment is in june...lol
