So pissed off right now.

Just rang Wellington Library to double check they still had my ticket I booked/asked to have set aside two weeks ago to go meet Jodi Picoult tonight...

They sold them.

Not a happy chappy right here. Grrrrr.

I was really looking forward to it! I wanted to go get the latest book of hers signed as I got it as a birthday present and was excited about being able to get it signed!

Bunch of meanies!

I'm going to sulk now... At least I don't miss out on Next Top Model... But still, would've much preferred to witness something intellectual and not as mind numbing as US Reality TV.

Senerity gutted, if I had on known earlier I would have rung my friend who is doing the book launch to get you one.

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

She is in Welly tonight, was up in Auckland a few nights ago. My friend works at Whitcolls in Welly and she does all the author signing - I always get a copy from most authors signed.

i hope you lay a big guilt trip on them.... they should have at least offered you a spare or to get your book signed as compensation.

Bahahahahaha! I thought it might sound as though I have thrush or something!

No, my beaver's quite happy... Happy as a clam.

And that wasn't an intentional pun, either.
