 Topic: Introducing baby Rhiannon

Hey all,
Well on monday night i went into labour at 8.30pm, it took me a while to figure out what was going on, at 1.30am the contractions got stronger, so i woke my husband and told him he wasnt going to work.
At 2am my waters broke and at 2.30am i noticed there was pooh in the water so went to the hospital, where i laboured until 8.30pm tuesday night, when i underwent an emergency c section as i wasnt dilating past 4 centimeters even with the drip (my labour stopped so they had to induce).
Rhiannon was born at 9.24pm 11th April 2006 weighing 5lbs 4oz, she scored 9 at one minute and 10 at 5mins.
I have had her the with me the whole time and have come home today.
She is currently asleep in her car seat in the middle of the lounge room floor so thought i would quickly let you all know what had happened.
Will post a photo when i get them developed.

Congrats Katrina and Kent! Welcome Rhiannon!
Sounds like she did very well through all of that and you must have to. Takes a lot of strength to get through a labour like that. Well done Kaz.
