Topic: What would you want... Posted: 10 June 2008 at 12:50pm |
a boy or a girl? I know that we have yet to get the BFP but at least we can dream and be picky at this stage. Once the BFP rolls round we will be happy with just a healthy bubs.
I would love a girl. I just think they are so cute to dress up. Also once they grow up they are more likely to remain close to the family.

I don't mind, just as long as the baby is healthy (how corny does that sound)

I am torn - I always said I wanted a boy first and that's what my DH definitely wants but everytime I visualise me with a baby it's a girl!

DF would like a boy then a girl...if only it was that simple huh!! I really don't mind, I'd just like the baby I think boys would be easier though...I know what I was like as a teenage girl and the thought of parenting that scares me sh*tless. LOL. Also, I've never been a "girly girl" as such...no dolls or dress ups here, always a bit of a tomboy...

I want another girl next. Obviously I'll be happy with whatever but I love having sisters close in age to me and loved it growing up too. It'd also be pretty useful to be able to use all the clothes again. I'd like to have a boy as my 3rd child and two older girls to fuss over him and mother him. I haven't though past #3.

I'm not really worried! I did want another boy till I found a girls name I've fallen in love with (already had a couple of boys ones) so now I want both LOL Though I did have preference for a boy first - we didn't find out what he was till he was born, but guessed he was a boy and what do you know!

I want another boy next time.
I have many issues with my woman bits and the chances of it being pasted on a really high so I son't want to do that.
But I can tell Murphy will be there and I will probably get a girl.

If I was ever blessed with another baby I'd love another boy. I just adore my little man, how robust and adventurous and playful he is. I know girls rock too (being one myself, I believe I can comment lol!) but there is just something really special about having a little man.
Funny I feel this way, cos before we found out what gender he was when I was pregnant, I sooooooooo wanted a little girl. It actually took me ages to come to terms with having a boy in my tummy.

I love little red head girls, they nearly always have perfect skin and gorgeous eyes to match too.
I'm brunette, DH is blonde and my dad's a ginga (plus DH gets ginger facial hair) so we could have anything really. Michaela had really dark hair like me when she was born but now it's light like DH's

We have already decided on a girls name, but I would really love a boy! I just feel more like a boy person lol. Saying that I absolutely adore my little 2 year old neice!! And of course would be happy with a little girl, I just always thought I'd have a boy first

I always wanted a boy first as I am the oldest and thought that it would be great having a big brother. But we would have been happy if Jack had been a girl. I want 3 children and would ove it if at least 1 was a girl but am happy to be the sole female in the house if we have boys.

OMG, i am the opposite. I was a little redhead with curly hair and I hated it and feel sorry for redheads, particularly boys. I like having red hair now but when I was little I would always get teased.
That is one thing I am hoping for - that we DON'T have a red headed baby. Apparently the red hair needs to be on both sides and DH doesn't have any history of it so fingers crossed!
