Keira has always had an afternoon sleep. She needs to burn a lot of energy in the morning before she's tired enought to go down for a nap. SHe had cut them out completley from the begining of the year but has just started having them agan - hooray!

   He refuses to have one!!!!

My mum looks after him during the day and usually falls asleep in the car on the way home BUT then won't wake up - the other nite he slept from 4.30-8.30 and had a sh*t of a night!!!!

 Anyone else been/going through this?

Same here, except it seems to be getting later and later and the past few days they've only had really short catnaps. Am hoping it's not the end of the day sleeps coz I really need them to keep having them!

Isla has 1 1/2 hrs but can go down as early at 10.30am or as late as 12.30, depending on what shes been up to etc. She has daycare til 12.30 on wed so she falls asleep in the car on the way home, but its usally earlier. But then she is usually up at 5.30 am, goes to bed 6.45pm

gosh all these early rises... I would think my throat was cut off if Rhyley woke earleir than 7.30 (his usual wake up time is 8am) and he goes to bed at 7pm.. no wake ups in between. (takes after his mum and dad loves their sleep )
