What about doing another first morning test? 1 BFP kind of leads me to believe it could be positive.

When you say a while sitting before it came up do you mean longer than the test time? Cos if so then it could have been a false positive (sorry). I would buy some quick cards they are what the health board use down here and new world where selling them with and extra test in the pack for free, they are suppose to be one of the best for not giving false positives or for having evap lines.
Use first wees tomorrow and see what happens.

For the past week or so i have been getting a really heavy/ crampy type of feeling in my lower tummy and iv had back aches (which i only get when pregnant) which makes me think "yip! im preggas" but then i think "nop otherwise i would 'know' by now"..
aaarrgghh stupid body!!!!

Check the FMU test tomorrow and make sure you check it at 5 mins (or whatever the test says), not 7!
Your symptoms sound like preggo ones, but you know how it is, they are all so similar. It might be that you have had a silent miscarriage? but I hope not.
Are your cycles usually quite regular? If so, that would send me straight to the dr for a blood test. (Maybe your nurse could arrange that for you and you wouldn't even need an apmt?) If the test tomorrow is BFP, I'd stop doubting!!

Yip i tested but im none the wiser!
So heres the deal - i tested this morning and the second line didnt come up until after the time limit but it is now really strong????? so i thought - well that wasnt very realiable so i did another one an hour later (had to drop DH off at work) and it was BFN and stayed BFN even now 3 hours later but the FMU one is just getting stronger and stronger!!???
With all the previous tests iv done (over the past week) the only "BFPs" were the FMU ones and i would initially think obviously BFN!! (evap lines) but how come there is only evap lines on the FMU tests and none on the other 5 tests (that were taken during the day) I have kept all fo them and they havnt changed.
now im more confussed!!!!

I think that you can just go to medlab and get the test done. I'm sure i've heard other women on here say that, not sure how much it costs but might be worth ringing and asking them if you want to know for sure before the weekend.

I contacted my doctor last week and asked her to send me a blood test referal form to check my hcg levels, and she did. Didn't cost me any doctors fees, and I got two free blood tests too! So you could try that, just ring and ask if they can get the doc to print a referal for you to check if you're pregnant.
