Hiya -- anyone got any inspirational ideas for something to take to a potluck dinner? It's for our antenatal class so has to be preggie-friendly!

There will be about 20 of us - half doing mains (incl. me) and the other half deserts....

How about some yummy cheesy rolls.

1 loaf of white sandwhich bread (crusts removed)

1 tin reduced cream

250g grated tasty cheese

1 pkt onion soup

Mix reduced cream, soup and cheese together and spread on bread.  Roll up bread (can brush with marg or butter too) put in oven at 180 c for 10-15 mins.

Or you could do filled filo cups.  Make a spinach and feta quiche mix and fill filo cups and bake at 180 until set (about 20 mins).

oooh... i like the filo cup idea I did think about doing a spinach & feta pie, but individual cups would be heaps easier for serving, etc....

I usually do filo triangles, filled with flavoured tinned tuna and baked in the oven, they are always a treat and good for non-meat eaters too.

fleury - do you put anything in the filo with the tuna, or just tuna by itself?

Those sound yummy!
