I've had a quick look through the forums but haven't found anything yet about what is and isn't safe to eat while pregnant.

I know these ones are on the list:
- Soft cheeses
- Unpasturised dairy
- Rare/undercooked meats
- Lunch meats (ham, smoked chicken or fish etc)
- Under cooked eggs (running yolk)

Any others?

Your midwife should give you a pamphlet on this Tracey but I guess you haven't seen her yet? Check out www.nzfsa.govt.nz and search for "food safety in pregnancy" it will tell you all you need to know
