Just wondering how you all got on with these. I usually have my share of soft ligaments and having to be careful in later pregnancy but I'm only 14 weeks along at the moment and I keep waking with a really sore butt! It feels like I have done steep climbing or ten pin bowling without warming up LOL. Anyway I'm thinking it is a pregnancy thing, on the side I sleep on. Surely I won't now have this until the end of the pg??
And does anything aside from complaining make it better?

I got it with my first pregnancy. Really sore, achey lower back and bum.
The only things that I found helpful were heat, panadol and putting my feet up whenever I could. (Not so easy then, as I was working full time in retail!)
It was on and off for me throughout my pregnancy, but I found it worst during my second trimester.

That's no good Nic. Mine is annoying ache, although hasn't been today - but the last three days were getting worse each day and making me a bit worried.
I think I'll stick with massage and ice-cream

Yep that's it! Although I have a feeling it's going to come and go and I'll have to put up with it when it comes Glad (IYGWIM!) someone else at the time gestation is having it
