DH and I want to make baby number 3 at new year time.I am currently on the mini pill any idea when I should stop taking it if I want to make a baby late December?
I've weaned Soph a month ago but have not had AF but I guess the mini pill stops this, could I get pregnant straight away if I stopped taking them tomorrow?
I weened DD at 5 months on the mini pill, i then stated getting periods every 2 weeks until i went onto the full pill last month, To be quite honest i think that ht BF is still effecting your cycles. it may take a while to get sorted. i don't think that ythe mini would effect your period but you may want to consider coming off it and using condoms until you are ready to try, that way there is no chemical effect.
I was on the minipill when we decided to TTC no.2.
I stopped the pill mid cycle, when I knew I was due to ovulate and my AF never arrived that month I was on Noriday btw.
Everyone is so incredibly different. If you had no problems conceiving your other kids, then you have to be prepared for the next AF off your pill not to show! Be prepared to get pregnant on that first go. Good luck!
