Has anyone seen the ads for tonights McLeods? Can't you just guess what is going to happen? Can't anyone in this show be happy?? Or happily married??
Ever since Claire died, but especially since Tess and Jody left I think it has just gone down hill. It used to be a must-watch for me but I missed alot of last season and now I only watch it cos it's on.

There aren't even any McLeods daughters left.
I stopped watching after Tess left.

I totally agree, I mean it is the last season it would have been nice to see it all end well instead copying old stories lines etc

I don't even watch it anymore. I loved that show. I even have 4 seasons on dvd but I haven't watched the last couple of seasons. It's just dumb when the original cast aren't in it anymore.

My DH and I crack up every time the ads are on - everyone dies!
I'm tempted to make a little 'death montage' of all the different ways people have karked it over the years but that would probably require me watching it

Haven't watched the last couple of seasons due to the drama in it.
Someone nearly dies every week, they're clutching at straws. I loved in when it was first on. But did they honestly think they would be able to make a successful show on 2 characters if those 2 characters then left? Silly!

I agree.... I only watch it now because there is nothing else on. I used to watch it religiously when it first came on and it was really good, but once Claire died it was mediocre but I still watched it cause it still had a McLeod in it (Tess) and then that other chic... errrrm Rylee? I think her name was... a cousin or somewhat, but still a McLeod nonetheless but then it got nuts when yet another cuzzy turned up claiming to be family blah blah blah...

So what happened? Did stevie have the baby out in the wops lol.. next to alex as he died and he kissed the babies forhead with his last breath saying "i love you stevie.. but yay now i get to join my true love claire!" (is that her name i forget lol)

Yep, over dramatic rubbish. Watched the 1st half then turned it off. Used to enjoy watching it, but it's terrible now. Also think they should have had a season where everyone lives happily ever after.

I really liked it too but must admit I am getting sick of everyone leaving or dying. How many have died this season.
However preggy hormones got the better of me last night and I sobbed and sobbed when Alex died and then again with the baby being born....again when Stevie didnt want to hold him...and yes again when she did. blubbering mess!!!
I keep hoping that the surviving ones will all come back for the final episode but maybe it will end with one person standing in the field with everyone dead around them

Yup i used to watch it too but since Tess left it just hasn't been the same. I might watch the last ever episode though just to see what happens but if i miss it thats fine by me.

then i got clucky coz of the baby lol
next week stevie tries to kill herself i think, thats what it looked like on the adds.

I used to love it like so many of you but this season... really since tess, nick and than jodie left it's terrible. But was sucked into watching last night and i cried bucket loads and i'm not even pregnant!!!
Stevie's birth looked so real... the pain e.t.c
They kill off all the good ones!!
