Ok so i brought some chicken cashew and rocket sausages from the butchery cause i thought they sounded great but now i dont know what to have with them. thought i could cook them and chop them up in a salad? what would you do???

they do sound yum, grill em and eat em serve with salad, they've probably got enough flavour on their own without needing sauce

Tonight we did a rice thing with onions, tumeric, basil, chicken stock, chopped sausages, beans and capsicum - and served it with salad. Especially good on hot nights like tonight.

ooooo Shannon, I tried those sausages at the market yesterday.....they were from Fridge? YUMMMO!!!!!!! I'd just eat them with nothing else...
