OMG 1 day until your wedding? What are you doing posting about nappies
Have a great day!
Can't help with the nappies yet sorry, but I'm definitely going to be investigating these mythical itti bittis when the time comes

They really are gorgeous aren't they? Did you get mediums for your little guy? I'd love to hear what you think as I've bought a few mediums to use on our new baby as I'm just so in love with them!
I have actually just bought 2 more for my 2yr old as well as they're perfect for his naps and overnight with a bamboo booster (the's toilet trained during the day). He's in a large but even at nearly 15kg they still fit him great. I'm sure you could use that to talk your DH around

Yup, i'm a sucker and just ordered a couple of large one from Tweedle this morning, that will teach DH for going to golf today and leaving me to cope with the chaos .
Tried one of the mediums on Joel this morning and they fit great around his belly but still a bit gappy around his legs, so just need to fatten him up a bit so they fit better, but he's only just 6kgs (12 weeks) and I thought I would get a couple every few weeks of the large so Leah can wear them now and Joel will go into them when they fit - yay !!

Yip they're definately addictive - I'd love to do what Emma did and trade in all my other naps for a purely itti bitti collection but somehow don't think that would go down well with DH! I love how they just keep looking brand new wash after wash...

You ladies will understand then that I nearly died of excitement when my DH announced that Itti Bitti's were his favourite MCN to use on Leo and agreed right off the bat to getting only Itti Bitti's for the new baby (once mediums fit that is). They just look and feel so beautiful and I agree - wash after wash they still look and feel great!

So yesterday I thought I would try Joel in one of the new naps, there was only a little gap when I pushed his legs up so I thought cool, he wore that one all afternoon, if I had spare snap ins I could have reused the outer it was still good to go.
I changed him into another at 5pm, thinking he would wake about 9.30pm and I went to a meeting, came home, completely forgot he was in cloth and he didn't wake till 1am!! No leaks, nothing and he had done a BF poo as well!!!
I am so impressed with that and of course his wee butt looks so damn cute in the ittis that you could take bites out of it !!

I've just recieved my 'Baker's dozen' of Itti Bittis - they are soooo soft and scrummy. How many times do you need to wash them before using them?
Can't wait to get them on Zach's bot.

I washed them just once, but then for the first few wears I changed him after a couple of hours instead of the usual 3-4.

So in love witrh them though - never had a leak, and we have some big BF poosplosions in this house!

I'm jealous too
I don't even wash mine before putting on dd... tho I only leave it on 1-2 hours before chaning lol :D I'm just too impatient.
You don't have to dry between washes either if you are washing to boost absorbancy, as its the oils out of the bamboo that you are trying to get rid of and drying has no affect on those :)

Did any of you get the booster pads, I was thinking of getting some but wasn't sure whether to get the bamboo or microfleece ones.

I have a couple of bamboo mini boosters which I use for overnight, but I've never needed them during the day with my toddler.

Cool, am hoping to get a six pack soon - can't afford the bakers dozen but the six pack will keep us going for a while.
