We put our tree up last night!

Kylah thinks its just the greatest thing!

We got one of those black fibre optic ones from the warehouse, it looks so good.

DF and i just sat here last night looking at it!

Christmas Is Almost Here

Im so excited, i secretly love christmas.

I have a friend spending christmas here as well, and shes bringing her two girls, its going to be so much fun. Im doing a kiddy food table for them as well, and making little sandwhiches shape as xmas trees, and heaps of decorations! Love it!

Cool, our has been up for about a week now and the lights got put up yesterday much to the disgust of our new neighbour.

Have you got a pic of it??

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

I love Christmas too and it's no secret at all.

Our tree went up yesterday and this afternoon I read Michaela the nativity story from her kiddies bible while DH put up our nativity set.

No matter where we spend Christmas I generally write the menu for the day and I often start making preperations in August (yes, I'm a freak but at least I'm an organised freak).

yeah we aren't allowed ours up yet but i bet next weekend would be ok, me and the girls made xmas decoartions for their rooms though last night and put up their room decorations, so we're slowly edging them in there. .... one morning mike will just wake up and they'll be everywhere.. EVERYWHERE!!! MUAH-HA-HA!

We have to consider our kitties too... I am thinking we will find our tree in tatters many a time between when we put it up and xmas.

Our tree is up and so are the other decorations. The first pressie is under the tree and I just have to wrap some more.

I love Christmas now that I'm at home to enjoy it rather than slaving like a dog at work until the last hour.

I finish work at 3:30pm on xmas eve and only have the long weekend off before I'm back again.  DH's office closes over Christmas so it's a bit stink I'm not taking holidays this year but then again I only have 6 months until I finish work.
