Okay I have endured about three weeks of teething and my little boy has just been miserable. Finally his front two teeth are through but I want to find something before the next ones come through to help things along a little.
Do these really work? I must admit I really can't see how they would but what does your experience say??

To be honest I don't know whether they work or not. We finally bought one for Jack a few months ago as his 2yo molars are coming through and causing trouble sleeping. I hope they are helping but I and not sure really.

I think they work. The amber has natural properties that are absorbed through the skin.

I stopped putting Harry's on him, and after a while (when his teeth started moving again) he was really bad. He used to be an awesome sleeper, and started suddenly screaming and standing up in his cot and not going to sleep. I put it back on him, and that night he went to sleep as usual!

Had a quick search and here's some good threads...

I'm too scared to take it off to find out if it doesn't work . Sophie only has it off for bath time.
