Has anyone who suffers from these noticed an increase in them over the last year or so?

I've noticed more, but I think that is because I was pregnant. I had more migranes with Zoe as well.

Hi sweetpea, I'm a cronic sufferer and am usually on beta-blockers (3 a day) to prevent them and have been like that since I was 15. Unfortunately you can't take them while pregnant due to deformities etc so I'm just having to take Panadol. That's all you can take, and codeine in very low doses if you have to, but I would rather not as the jury is still out on that one.

I've noticed an increase in them because I haven't been medicated, but I do notice that anything sets them off - tiredness, norwesters, hayfever, a slight cold, the wrong prescription for my contacts, less sleep etc etc.

Not fun aye

emz, anything can set mine off too. And panadol doesn't even take the edge off a migrane.
