   Hi ladies :)
Jody has been having Farex and EBM for a week.
This morning I gave her a wee bit of pear with the farex/ebm and about an hour later she did a big VERY VERY smelly poo.
Then I gave her more pear this arvo and she did another small but still hidiously stinky poo.

Is this just a normal reaction to solids/new food or is it a sign that the pear isn't agreeing with her little tummy?

lol, solids poo's STINK so bad compaired to breast milk poo's, it took me a while to get used to the new poo smell, and now its even worse cos he eats real people food lol
You could try her on a different fruit, maybe apples and see if its the same, but it is probably just cos its more like real poo now

Ewwwwwww so that's the end of the not-so-stinky poo then! Lol.
I will carry on with pear and see how we go, she doesn't seem to have an upset tummy or anything.
I am introducing solids as slowly as possible since we have some strong allergies in the family.

 Thanks Sheza!

Haha you think pear is bad, Blake's favourite at the moment is nacho bean mix (with chilli beans no less!) Now those pooey nappies are something else! |

Yeap, no more solids for Jody, she will live on Breastmilk alone for at least a few years won't she, just until she's well toilet trained...... |

Ooooh Blueberry poos! I overfed them to Aoife before (we were leaving for a month and didn't want them to go to waste)
DH was very worried when he changed her nappy and there was black poo |

I can't believe how bad the smell is after a bit of pear. Not planning on trying beans anytime soon |

I don't notice anything different in Liam's poos when he's had baked beans. Weird. But grapes, blueberries & raisins are a different story - he barely chews them But when you're suffering from shocking morning sickness any poo is B A D!! |
