Mine is purely made up and done by eye more than anything else so probably not the best one but it is really yummy and may just take a couple of attempts for you to get right.
I don't use measuring spoons for it just the usual ones.
I add about a tablespoon of butter (heaped), 2 or 3 of sugar and about 2 of cocoa. Melt it all down in a saucepan and then slowly add milk until it looks about right - like chocolate sauce so runny and mixed in. Bring it to the boil for about 2-5 mins and then take off.
Works every time - as it cools it thickens up so you can have it either hot or cold.

Thanks Peanut, will be giving this a go. Any idea roughly how much milk? Will it keep in the fridge for a day or two?

Around a cup I would say. I tell you its all just guesstimates but at least gives you are rough idea.
Keeps in the fridge really well but will thicken up so just a matter of re heating it.
Will make it tonight and see what the exact quanities are

Peanut, did you ever note down the measurements to your chocolate sauce recipe? I tried to make it tonight and it was a disaster! haha. Had way too much cocoa and not enough sugar. Would love the accurate measurements to try again if you did manage to figure them out

Mine is
2T butter
2T white sugar
2T golden syrup
2T cocoa
2T water
Put all into pot, bring to boil, then simmer for 2 minutes without stirring. The longer you leave it to simmer the more fudger it becomes. Very yummy

I just do half and half - half cream and half chocolate :)
heat the cream but make sure its not boiling! take cream off the heat and whisk in the chocolate!
this lates for a wee while if you keep it in the fridge. it usually goes hard in the fridge and you can just scoop out a couple of spoons and heat as its needed - and it is so so so good. we used this at the hotel when I was cheffing there

Nope, never managed to note them down!
To your one I would have just added more sugar and milk and that would counteract the cocoa.
Not much help at all, sorry.
