Its almost time to upgrade to a new pram!!  We had a pedigree buggy for my now 5 year old which was fantastic, heavy for in town but excellent for around the farm.  It has had 5 years of hard use though and is now falling apart (literally!).  We are rural with a long shingle driveway and lots of paddocks.  At the top of my wish list is the Mountain buggy urban (with the swivel wheel).  Does anyone have one of these?  I'm wanting something that will be practical for town and can handle the rough of being pushed around the farm as well.  Or is there anything else that you would recommend?  Thanks!!

Yeah the mountain one has the sway head rest so that baby sways instead of jiggling, wish I had got one! I used my mothercare one to go everywhere and the big bumps wake Olivia up if she goes to sleep.

I don't have one, but knew someone who did and it lasted them thru 2 boys. We bought a Phil & Ted's E3, which is just great - fully reclinable for a newborn and has a front wheel which swivels or can be locked into position. Bought it thru winkalotts for quite a bit cheaper than in the shops.

We have the Mountain Buggy Urban Elite (along with the carry cot attachmnent) but naturally haven't used it yet so that's no use to you!!

As someone else has said...go with what you have your heart set on.

We did a whole bunch of research before buying our buggy and found Mountain Buggy came on on top every time.
