i feel so disgusting right now but really need some help. I accidentically forgot about some white cloth nappies that we use as spill cloths and now they have mould on them. is there anything i can do to get rid of this or do i need to throw them all out. So annoyed at myself right now.

I would try soaking them in a weak bleach solution - don't make it too strong as you don't want to destroy the nappies!!
It may take a couple of goes depending on how much there is to deal with.

yeah I'd go bleach as per above comment and then a lot of sunlight.

ok sounds good - il go get some bleach this afternoon then. How much sould i dilute it?

if they are jsut flats then try some napisan first if you have that... sometimes tho mold just wont budge! you may have to make them into cleaning rags.
