Hey guys,

just wondering about this, for the last couple of hours I have had a really tight feeling in my chest, if I walk around or tlak etc. there is some pain (not like bad pain, more just uncomfortable). I don't remember experiencing this with DS at all, so just wondering if anyone else has had this and what it was????

Also is it worth giving MW a call?? I hate bothering her.

Perhaps your bra might be too tight? If it's been happening for a couple of hours I would ring MW, she might tell you to call your doc so they can check you out, etc.

I had a tight feeling a couple of days ago but I had sharp pain as well and was told I had gall stones

Oh no! Are you asthmatic? Maybe a bit weezy?

nkap9 - I had my gall bladder removed in April, gall stones are not pleasant! Just watch those k? I ended up with pancreatitis and ICU because they didn't diagnose soon enough. (after 6 trips to A and E).

Bex - I'd definitely get onto your mw if its been going on that long, you probably need to be checked out hun.

Yeah I had a gallstone attack - thought I was having a heart attack but getting gall bladder out after baby is born, if I have another attack I have to go to A&E so they can see what's happening it's not pleasant!

Hope everything gets sorted out with you bex - keep us updated!

I had this and turned out I was hyperventilating, but they need to rule out others things that are possibly more serious so I would definitely get in touch with your mw.

hope you feel better.

disco:)

Thanks for all the responses, MW had me come in and get checked out. Everything seemed ok, MW phoned to check with Waikato and they wanted me to go up there. They wanted to rule out a blood clot etc.

Everthing checked out fine and bubz was happy. They couldn't decide 100% what was up, but maybe bad reflux or a muscle thing, just have to monitor and head back if anything gets worse.
