Hi, I've heard a few things bandied around about eating pineapples during the 2WW.

Just wonder if there's anything else recommended for during IVF and during the 2WW to aid embryo 'sticking' and 'optimising the environment' in which the little embryo lives ..............

Anyone have any ideas on fertility foods??

Hey Tischler, I've heard of the pineapple thing after transfer to, so I'll be stopping on way home on Thursday, wonder how much you have to eat?

I've been seeing a lady with regards to Natural Fertility and she has me taking some Fish Oils after transfer too? Not really a food but something else to think about.

Wow Shezzey - that's awesome, yet overwhelming!! Do you know of any multi-vits or anything that may have all these??

I haven't been able to take multi-vits in the past as all things like flaxseed oil etc make me constipated, but I could maybe put up with the constipation if it would help my fertility .........

Nearly collection so I guess I'd need to get onto it quick - would appreciate your help!!

Okay less overwhelmed now - (slightly!).

So it looks like if I was to increase the following in my diet I would be covering a lot of these things:

Milk
Eggs
Oily fish
Whole grains
Legumes
Seeds
Fruit and veges
Brown rice

A lot of these things I don't like, but am willing to put myself through (well only the legumes and seeds really). I do eat the other htings, just not a whole lot, so I will from now on endeavour to increase these and reduce the bad foods and see if it helps at all

Other than that I'll talk to the hubby and see if we think I should try a multi-vit - I've noticed that Nutralife Active Womens Multi has a lot of these in it. Anyone taken these or have a better recommendation??

Thanks so much Shezzey

Hi Tischler...  yea I try and get those into my diet...except the brown rice is very unappealing to me lol... then I supplement with Folic, B6 and B12, Zinc and Selenium.   I also wanna try the CoQ10 when my budget allows

Bestest wishes
