Topic: Biggest Loser Challenge Recruiting! Posted: 03 November 2006 at 3:36pm |
Alright if you need motivation you will want to do this...
Each week i will be assigning an exercise routine for you to add ontop of your eating healthy that you should be doing. At the end of each week you will weigh in and tell me your weights and i will total them for each team and the team with the most weight lost wins for that week.
If your interested in taking part leave your name here. Ill leave this here till Monday Night. On Tuesday i will allocate everyone into teams and on Weds the Challenge will Begin. I will update the new weekly challenge every Tuesday Night.
Im in for this!
PS you wont want to lose motivation coz not only are you letting yourself down ur letting your team down!!

I'm in. I'll do it for you ladies!....and noticed I had put on a kg - now 76kg. also checked my BMI and althought it doesn't take into account muscle (hehe), I am officially overweight at 27. If I go down to 65 I will be 25 which is healthy - or down to 60 will be 21 which is mid. hope y'all undersod that. Bottom line - am fat arse, need to lose 16kg.

Robyn, it doesn't take muscle into acccount. you could be, like myself, full of unstressed muscle which weighs much more. much much more.

Linda - Being someone who worked in life insurance, income insurance etc etc they are really strict. It comes down to the underwriter and the Dr that you would see but it pretty much means there is a risk that you could stop working due to "being overweight" and if that were the case and alot of people stopped working due to being unfit or "over weight" as they so kindly put it, they would lose out on alot of money.
Anything Risk is bumped up in price! Sucks but it happens unfortunately. You should see how drastically life insurance premiums drop when you quit smoking!! Actually any insurance where its noted that your a smoker! Its amazing that people with life insurance would even bother to smoke...
Anyways awesome ladies for joining up

Lizzle that sounds good to me, if i tell myself its muscle one day i might actually believe it but at this stage i think the flabbiness when i run gives it away hehe
