Which one do you yourself eat. I've just been to the supermarket, planned on getting a muslie, and came back with milo cereal. So chocolate for breakfast it is. Thsy all cost so much for what the are and I have no idea whetehr I'm going to like it. I'm a sweet eater I'm not a real bran type fan. I like the fruity ones, sultana's, strawberries, apricot. Not really apple or other berries. Who's got a yummy one. Or better yet a muslie receipe.

I usually have porridge for breakfast, but sometimes I get something like Crunchy Nut Cornflakes, or Sultana Bran, something like that. I like fruit in them usually. Dh has cornflakes. Only cornflakes. Sometimes with stewed apple on the top.

I normally buy whichever one is on special mostly because they are so expensive otherwise and I get bored with the same one all the time.
I have Saltana Bran Crunch now which is pretty good.

we make our own muesli with mixed nuts, mixed seeds saltanas, dried apricots and pretty much anything ya want, DH even puts a handful of choc chips in and its way healthier as its more natural as all the nuts a not salted or anything....if thats not there I love Kelloggs Antioxidants plus its cranberries and stuff and I swear my body feels better for it, cant eat that chocy stuff anymore, has to be muesli or toast in my house!

I get cereals I want if they are on special, otherwise I have porridge with yoghurt, or toast.
I like Milo cereal... and I justify it because now it is made with grains and has fibre

Why not think outside the box and do combos?
My favourite at the moment is weetbix, museli with a sprinkling of cheerios.

I love the vogels cafe style, though it does give my jaw a bit of a workout. I either have oatmeal/porridge with brown sugar, or special k w/ yoghurt and tinned raspberries.

I another vogels cafe style lady - have it with tons of fruit and sometimes yoghurt -yum! Its sweetened with manuka honey and is gluten free...but can be a bit pricey.

DH and I both eat the Vogels clusters. They are like bits of muesli stuck togther with honey. Kind of like an even crunchier version of granola? Our local supermarket doesn't sell it though, so every couple of weeks we go to a different supermarket to stock up!

For those of you that have your cereal with yoghurt, do you use the yoghurt in place of milk or what?? Sorry if this seems to be a stupid question....
