nature baby have a little starter pack, but only has a few things... you can get pretty much everything you need at either baby factory or baby city.

What do you mean by starter kit? Are you after clothing, wash stuff, nappy essential, bedding, furniture?

I found it one of the most stressful things and I was a high risk pregnancy. lol!
As it turns out we had plenty but DH had to keep reiterating to me that "We have a cot, we have nappies, we have blankets. Anything else is just a bonus"

Baby factory is realy good but some of their car seats are past there shelf life for a new item. Where abouts do you live if you live in Hamilton I would recomend getting all your furniture from baby safe and everything else from baby factory.

Always made me wonder what the deal would be if you didnt have a car. My friend wasnt allowed to leave the hospital until someone bought in a carseat to put the baby in. She lived 500m from the place and was planning on putting baby in the stroller and walking home! nuts.

I'd have it in a car seat with the way some of the bus drivers drive! VERY scary.
