My little man arrived 26 November 2006 @ 22.01. He was 7pounds 4oz. I Went into labour at 4am with regular contractions lasting only 15-20 secs. I convinced myself they were going to stop so at 6am I got my kids up and ready for their marching competition. Determined to watch competition we arrived at the comp and I stayed the whole day till 4.30pm with my contractions still going and me in denial. I was only home 15mins when my waters broke and I had to face reality he was coming. I went to hosp to find I was 4cm dilated already. I started pushing at 8.20pm but his head turned so mw had to try and turn his head with my contractions. Finally his head popped out but he also had cord around his head twice. Once that was moved Hooray he was born My 11yr old and 5yr old (both girls) are sooooooo excited about their new baby brother.

His father named him Alize (pronounced Alizay). I dont know how to put photos off my digital camera onto computer so when I finally figure it out i will post some pics.

Congrats on your arrival kelz, I too had my son on the 26th, he was born at 26week 5days (so 13 and a bit weeks early!!!) He was born naturally foot first, at 5.15pm he is in the neonatal unit at chch womens and wont be home untill february Hope you are enjoying having a newborn around again
