Yay! I just had to share my joy! Hannah slept right through last night! She is still asleep now but I'm up early anyway - must be used to less sleep. She went to sleep about 7.30pm and havent heard a peep since. Long may it continue!!

That is fantastic. I have visions of B2 being a good sleeper. jake didn't sleep through the night til about seven months I think. My step-mum's mother offered me some advice "add a shot of whiskey to his bottle".....never got that desparate though.

YAYAY it always helps when bub lets you get more sleep. I always thought that paris would keep me awake and ayja would be sleeping and i wouldn't get any sleep cos of the toddler.... he he he, Paris is sleeping soundly both during the day and at night, takes 5 mins to go to sleep, miss ayja has begun waking 3 times a night again, and is STILL playing games at bedtime - the other day we tried putting her down 1st at 2 and we were still trying at 5! getting her up, changing trying feeds, she was tired, didn't want to play be cuddled or anything, but in bed - she turned into the biggest comedian ever!
Anyways, go Hannah! good girl, and as you said Aimmee... long may it continue.

She woke up a couple of times last night but I think she was cold cos her room is quite drafty and with all that wind last night was kinda cold in there. When I added blankets and a hat she was sweet and went back to sleep, not hungry (yay!).

Jake hates blankets so he sometimes wakes up cold. Usually i put him in pjs with feet and that helps. Mum is going to make him some sleeping bag things so I'm hoping that will help too for winter. He sleeps sideways so i can't tuck him in.

Well I got an even better sleep last night! Didnt wake up at all. Had a battle of wills at bedtime tho - trying to wean her off the dummy in bed cos she was waking up wanting it then going straight back to sleep as soon as it was put back in. I could see big probs coming with that so decided no dummy in the cot now! Last night she cried for about 45 mins before going to sleep - felt like such a mean mummy but she slept heaps better.
How many of you wrapped your babies and how long did you do it for? Hannah doesnt sleep well unless shes wrapped

We have sleeping bag things and they are GREAT! It also stopped Joey wriggling up to the top of his cot too, until yesterday when he seemed to figure out how to do that with his bag on now too

I wrapped Maya until about 7-8 mths, when she started getting feisty with being wrapped. But she was still in the Safety Sleep until she was close to 12 mths, just for the security thing.
And I know it's abit late but Congrats Aimee on getting a full nights sleep!

I never wrapped jake as he hates being confined like that. even hated the bassinet - too small. But I'm sure Nikki's Hannah was wrapped for a while.

Paris loved being wrapped and was for about 5 or 6 months, then in the safety sleep till about 18 months cos she was in a big bed from 11 mths and rolls about and would fall out without it. Ayja has nothing, as you all know,

hehe Hannah is still wrapped at 14 months old!! If she is having a bad night she goes to sleep with my hand on her belly... I guess she likes the security. So hard to leave once she is asleep tho!
She now likes to sleep on her tummy so just rolls over inside the blanket with no probs
I think with Hannah she gets cold. Since she has been sick she has been waking in the night. I decided that it's because her room is freezing (really dark - bonus during day sleeps but makes for a cold room at night) so put her in winterish pyjamas last night as well as wrapping and she slept right through. Perhaps she feels the cold more than others?? You wouldn't think so witht he thick layer of insulation she has over her bod

i think james likes the surctiy as well hes a real cuddly baby but the plucket nurse said it can be dangerousbto wrap them for too long cause they can pull blankets up over there head but james did that without being wraped so i dont see the prob
