Okay this has nothing to do with kids. A couple of weeks ago I had my first photography job in ages (2 years) as i couldnt do any weddings because i was BF lissy then Jayde was sick and weddings keep me away from home for a whole day, blah blah blah.

Anyway the bride is very happy with the photos and so am I, not bad for being a little rusty. So if you guys want to have a look here is the link wedding photosthen just click on the wedding photos date 25/02/2006

Did you make them pose for the different shots? I've done a bit of photography but nothing like that

You have every right to feel proud!

Hey guys thanks heaps. I was so stressed having not taken any for so long. And it being someones special day and all. Im sooo glad that they came out fine. Whew.

Q and A time. Made them pose in some, others I just let them do whatever they wanted and snapped away.

Did a bit of photography at high school, worked in a photo lab for 3 years and the lab tech there. But just got work from word of mouth, never advertised.

and your on Janine. ha ha and you havent even asked me my rates yet..............

Very cool! I think I like the shots where you just snapped away best... love journalistic stuff.

(That's not to say that I don't like your other shots Maria I like natural shots better!)
Like the compositions and everything.

My mama has just left her job and embarking on a photography career too. She did a wedding last weekend but she isn't too confident with shooting people, more into abstract stuff.

Well done

Hi Syd.

I didnt do any weddings when my kids were little as it requires me to be away from home for the whole day. My first child was exclusivly BF and refuse a bottle. and my second child was very sick. I do have a standing "Job" that i do every year for bmx, but that only requires me to be away from home for 2-3 hours, so we worked around that.

So sorry no real hints, apart from maybe getting your hubby to give your baby a bottle of expressed bm once or twice a week from about 4 weeks old so that he, she gets used to it.

do you have a web page? would love to see some of your pics. Love looking at other peoples work!

Thanka Angelnz - I think the bottle with bm sounds like the way to go. I know it worked for a friend of mine. The whole work thing is hard aye? My business is sill fairly new and I'm just starting to get busy so I didn't really want to take a season off and we are also really gonna need the money! I've heard how expensive children can be! Heres hoping all goes well! my webiste is www.sharisseeberlein.co.nz based down near Welly. I hope it all goes well for you! I know how much work it takes to get it all up and running again!
