Topic: Mood Swings Posted: 29 May 2006 at 8:05am |
GAH do they ever end??? Everything at the moment irritates me, even the cats just looking at me irritates me, i feel like such a grumpy old woman! I should invest in a deck and a rocking chair so i can sit there and glare at everyone that walks past!

I know soooo what you mean! My hormones have been up and down lately and I wish there was some way of being able to control them but unfortunately not

Yip I feel sorry for mine too cause of my hormones. I got a little upset with my hubby one day last week and was saying to him that he needed to clean up one of the spare rooms cause he had left it messy for ages and then I started crying and he felt really guilty and then later that day he went out and brought me flowers - maybe I should do this a little more often ha ha to get the things done that I need around the house!

Go with the wild hormonal flow - it's like having your own personal rollercoaster inside your head - you never quite know which way you are headed next!
Seriously, it all settles down again after the baby is born - almost everyone returns to sanity.

ugh I am the same - the smallest thing irritates me - the way my husband butters his toast with total precision, dust on a window sill, ramdom people I dont know walking slowly in front of me in a mall...cant wait to feel un-irritated again!

This morning hubby got phoned up and told off for leaving a tin of pears on the bench. I think he has just stopped listening to me - which is a good thing at present. I always feel ghastly after I have grumped at him.

Kiya and Josiah get grumped at a fair amount at the moment... Nat gets off lightly, as he's not here for most of the day! By the time he gets home, I'm so glad to see him (both because I miss him and because Josiah's become a real Daddy's boy and latches on to Nat from the moment he walks into the door until bedtime!) that I don't snap at him as much.

Well it sounds like how I am at the moment, but I dunno if that is normal? -
when I think of myself I all I can picture is a huge fire-breathing extremely ill-tempered dragon with temporary tendancies towards obsessive behaviour and a rapidly expanding dragon belly!
And my husband is the sacrifice offered up by the village - tied to a big pole and just waiting for me to swoop down on him at any minute to blast him!

For some reason my hubby get's it on Sunday mornings I am alway's grumpy. I tend to get bored at the moment apick fight's about nothing. The worst for me is if I am bored and he is on the puter I get really annoyed cause I want him to be bored with me.
Oh I guess you ahve to feel sorry for the men in our lives sometime's.
