Same and I never haveto ever give him a present for that day as I spent 4 hours in labour and then pushed out his 2nd son.

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

I've got DH a card and will probably make a bit of an effort with breakfast It's a long weekend here so we've got lots of plans for spoiling ourselves this weekend too but not particularly related to Valentine's Day.
I not a big fan of all the commercial side of it BUT I do love an excuse to be a bit more romantic. DH and I do nice things for each other fairly often but it's always nice to be reminded IMO.

We are going to a wedding this year so we get an afternoon and dinner without the girls - perfect!
We normally don't do much for it at all as our wedding anniversary is a few days later. If we do anything its something simple like dinner at home after the girls are in bed with a few candles and desert, or one year we left little love hearts around the house with little messages on them.
I think I would get angry if DH spent money on it for no reason.

We are not doing anything, DH will either be playing cricket or we HAVE to go to a BBQ at my inlaws place (would rather not do that any day let alone on valentines day) I will probably make DH a card and bake him a yummy cake or biscuits.

Working (HOORAY!)
But Dh bought me a bath valentine present (bath pillow, salts that kinda stuff) that was delievered today which was nice because we don't normally do anything. Mainly because he spends too much time browsing those one day deals websites and found it and decided to get it for me, so thanks whoever posted that link on here.
oh and I bought him a CD that we wanted

This is our first Valentines apart so DH has a card to open on the ship and when he comes home he'll get his present.

yeah neither of us really believe in it either. and DPs bday is on the 23rd.... and DP gives me flowers or chocolates every month on our "monthly" anniversary which is the 16th... (so adorable... he once hiked up stuart st (dunedin) in the 4 inch snow when they closed it down middle of winter with a bunch of flowers in his backpack to see me lol) actually interesting piece of trivia... we only started dating in April last year.... so bubs will be here before we have even been dating for a year.... but hes really excited so yay!

but Bubie on the pressie front..... (sorry got sidetracked lol) maybe if you found a nice pic of just you 2, got it blown up and framed...? is there anything "non father-like" that he has been wanting? maybe a new game (if he has some kind of gaming system... ps2/3, xbox, nintendo etc) does he read? could get a book he has been looking at? crafty...? could get some paint canvases or something... maybe a picture of him and his family? (obviously you and soon-to-be Riley are his family... but I mean maybe an old school photo of him, mum, dad and siblings) printed on a canvas block? "first famly photo" of you and him and the preggy belly...? (maybe a sneaky one from a recent event or something?) maybe his folks have something from his childhood that he forgot, that you could give back to him that he might one day want to pass down to Riley?

Hmm nothing here as well. Our wedding anniversary is exactly a month later which is a far better celebration
