What on EARTH is cannelloni???? It sounds difficult
As much as I'd LOVE mince on toast, I can NOT see DH being very impressed... But mmmmm jeepers that sounds good...
Spag bol is competing with sheperds pie so far I think...
Ugh. I have NO motivation to cook dinner tonight!

I often just brown the mince then add a can of pasta sauce or canned tomatos. And DP and DS have that with pasta or potatos or rice.

Oh dear, I might have to saddle up the horse and trek into town to the general store to see if they have some of this canneloni stuff
A pasta dish, I may have to do some googling! I'm not a very.. "experimental" cook.. Well, I could say I am... It just never works out for me
Mince on toast. I usually just make mince, maybe some small mixed veges (peas, corn, carrot mix sorta stuff) and a sachet of... Something. I maggi sachet flavourings! Lol...
It ended up being mince and potatoes. So basically shepherds pie, just not in one dish with cheese!
Here's a question. When you get mince in a restaurant/cafe... The mince is always really finely mixed up and no big lumps. How come my mince always sticks together and I get lumps?? How do I de-lump it? My grandma makes the best mince. And its never lumpy!

Its chilli or nachos that are the faves here when we have mince.
To "de lump it" (can't say I have heard that term before ) you need to cook it for a long time and keep breaking it up as you cook it, and before long its all nice and small.

We had mince for dinner.
My favourite way to have mince is in wraps (We always make sure we have a packet of HomeBrand tortilla wraps in the pantry, they are soo versitile ), with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. Mmmm! Easy Peasy!

I add onions, a can of chopped tomatoes, some mixed frozen vege, salt and pepper and thicken up a little bit with cornflour mixed in water if it looks like it needs it. Even DH loves this (and being an ex-chef he is incredibly fussy)
