Topic: Pregnancy Symptoms Posted: 15 September 2006 at 1:26pm |
I found this list of icky pregnancy symptoms on pregnancyweekly.com and thought I'd share...
Leg Cramps
Morning Sickness
Stretch Marks
Back Aches
Skin Changes
Pelvic Pressure
Insomnia
PUPPP- "Pregnancy Rash"
Carpal Tunnel
Fatigue/Shortness of Breath
Swollen Ankles
Spider veins/Varicose veins
Of the 12 listed, I've had all except PUPPP and Carpal Tunnel. Lucky me.
Why do we do it to ourselves?

I have had most of those symptoms too except for stretch marks *touch wood*, Carpal Tunnel, Swollen Ankles,
Spider veins/Varicose veins. Don't like the pelvic pressure - have had that a few times. Baby is jumping on my bladder today too

I'm paranoid about being pregnant again.
Pelvic pressure is my big one. Too scared to test again as my fears were confirmed last time!!!!!
Haven't been feeling sick though... so it might just be in my imagination.

I can send you a test in the mail, I have a couple banging around here and since I'm pretty sure that a) I AM pregnant and b) I am NEVER going to be pregnant again I'm happy to part with them for a good cause!

Oops... I meant bladder pressure more than pelvic pressure.
If I get more symptoms I'll test but I'm pretty sure it's just stress.

Well I've had all except:
PUPPP- "Pregnancy Rash"
Swollen Ankles
Spider veins/Varicose veins
But fortunately not all in the same pregnancy.
Way to go Jax! That is such a cute photo (cluck cluck cluck)

Nikki - isn't that what you said last time?
Deborah - is there something you're not telling me?

Well Emma... I think what Deborah was trying to say was... when a man and a woman love each other, and they want to show each other that love, they perform a special dance. And unless you are not doing the dance in the way that it was intended, you can get pregnant. Hence needing tests... (?)
And yes I did say that last time, but Zeke and I broke up ages ago and I think I'd be having a few more symptoms than I am if I was pregnant. So, stress and injection side effects explains everything.

I was just about to ask what you've been up to Nikki. Oh, sad married women living vicariously through their younger single friends.....I'm so lame.
than again as I type this Lewis is singing
"i eat green grass and I make white milk, I'm a cow, I'm a cow. mooo"

The question is tho Liz - Why does a red cow make white milk if it only eats green grass?
