Yeah she was in Gloss the China Girl, but the fire thing was on a rescue type show on TV2. My mum should of been one of thoe Bay City Roller girls - she was mad for them.

I only watched the fire one cos I remember when it happened. Made me cry tho so I turned it off! I would be so proud but also so mad at my husband for deciding to sacrifice his life like that, and leaving me and kids.

I'm so glad to hear I'm not the only one who cried about the fire one. There's something about seeing the grown man cry that set me off

Was the fire one a 'where are they now' thing from Heroes (mid-90's programme on TV2)? My gma was on that for running into a burning caravan and rescuing some kids (and she certainly has the scars to prove it). I love watching programmes that catch up with old news, fads etc. Must watch it next week if it's on.
