I did my first obedience competition for 6 months on Saturday and me and my dog Leela came first
Spencer really enjoyed the day and all the people I use to see at the shows and who I train with normally saw him for the first time which was nice.

Well done thats so exciting! I've always wanted to do something like that. Is Leela a Border Collie? Looks like you had a good day for it.

She is a Sibe Bord, which is half border collie half siberian husky. I have two of the crazy little creatures

well done leela!! she's so gorgeous!

we used to show our dog clyde, a golden retriever but he wasn't really into being a show pony   then DH started agility with him but DH lost interest

have thought about doing obedience with him as he picks things up pretty quickly.....how long have you been doing it with leela?

I first starting competing with Leela in February, she is not quite 2 yet and is still very puppyish. I started doing a bit of agility with my other dog, is really cool I even bought my own tunnel for the garden but I didn't have the time to do that and obedience. Plus running around pregnant was neither safe nor attractive
